War crimes: Accused gets bail on health grounds

The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) has granted bail to a war crimes accused, AKM Akram.

A three-member tribunal, headed by ICT Chairman Justice Md Shahinur Islam passed the bail on Monday.

The accused AKM Akram of Mymensingh was given bail on health grounds, considering his illness and that he cannot move by himself due to hip joint injuries caused by an accident.
