Whip Swapon injured in road accident

Whip of parliament Abu Sayeed Al Mahmud Swapon has been injured in a road accident at  Manda upazila pf Naogaon.

The incident took place around 10.30am on Thursday as a truck hit his car in Ferryghat area of the upazila when he was going to Rajshahi from Joypurhat.

Officer-in-charge (OC) of Manda Police Station Mojaffar Hossain said that Swapon is now undergoing treatment at Upazila Health Complex.
