ANZ to build Iconic Meghna Bhaban in Ctg

Staff Reporter, Chittagong: ANZ Properties Ltd, the prominent Real Estate Company is going to build the iconic 19 storied Meghna Bhaban at the commercial hub of Chittagong.

Meghna Petroleum Ltd. One of the largest oil companies under BPC signed the contract with ANZ Properties ltd. to have it in to being in three years time. Mr. SK. Abdul Motaleb, Head of Operations of Meghna Petroleum & Engr. Tanvir Shahriar Rimon, Chief Operating Officer, ANZ Properties Ltd. signed the deal for their respective organisations.

Project Director & DGM Meghna Petroleum Engr. Mahbubun Noor said in last January an open tender had been called & 13 top companies participated in that bidding. Later after technical & financial evaluation ANZ Properties Ltd found competent to do the work of that signature building.

During that signing ceremony Mir Saifullah-Al-Khaled, Managing Director of MPL, Kazi Monwar Dildar GM (Accounts & Finance), Ahmed Shahidul Haque GM (Marketing), Mohammed Akhtar Hossain GM (HR), Engr. Mahbubun Noor Project Director, Meghna Bhaban, Engr. Bishwajeet Chowdhury, Chief Engr. ANZ Properties Ltd. Moazzam Hosen & Moinuddin Hasan Murad were present.

The official constructions will begin from 4th November while Mr. Nasrul Hamid MP, State minister, Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources will inaugurate the Launching as Chief guest. A Z M Nasir Uddin , Mayor, Chittagong City Corporation,  M A Latif MP,  Nazim Uddin Chowdhury, Secretary (Power & Energy)Abu Hena Mohammed Rahmatul Monim, BPC Chairman  & Humayun Parvez, Managing Director, Anz Properties Ltd. Will be present.
