Gold prices fall, per bhori now Tk 99,960

Gold prices have declined slightly. 

Per bhori (11.664 grams) 22-carat gold will be sold at Tk 99,960, down by 1.2 percent from Tk 101,243 for the same amount.

Bangladesh Jewellers Samity (Bajus) issued a press release in this regard on Wednesday, mentioning that the new prices will be effective from Thursday (September 28).

The Bajus has decided to cut gold prices as cost of pure gold has declined in the local market. It has kept prices of silver unchanged, according to the press release.
