Three burnt in AC blast in Savar

Three people sustained severe burn injuries in an air conditioner (AC) blast in a clothing shop in Genda bus stand area of Savar on Monday (April 15).

Of the injured two were known as Yusuf, Nahid.

Fire service said that the explosion took place around 9:00pm in the shop. On information, a fire unit from Savar fire service rushed to the spot and brought the blaze under control.

Later, the injured were sent to Enam Medical College and hospital.

Yusuf, duty manager at Enam Medical confirmed the matter.
