All activities of primary schools to be normal from May 7

All academic activities of primary schools will become normal from May 7 (Tuesday).

The Ministry of Primary and Mass Education issued a  circular, signed by Senior Information Officer Mahbubur Rahman Tuhin on Monday.

According to the notification, from Tuesday, all activities including class activities of all government primary schools, primary schools of Shishu Kalyan Trust and learning centers of the non-formal education bureau will continue according to the calendar of the academic year 2024.

Primary schools were opened on April 28 after being closed for a week due to heatwave. However, the closure was extended due to continuous heatwave.
