Women’s quota scraped for private edn institutions’ recruitment

The government has decided to scrap the women quota in the teacher recruitment for entry-level vacant posts at various private educational institutions under the MPO system.

A circular signed by Senior Secretary of the Secondary and Higher Education Division Siddiqur Zobair was issued in this regard on Thursday (May 22).

According to the circular, there will be no women quota in the recommendation process for recruitment to entry-level vacant teaching posts at various private educational institutions.
