IUJA condemns attack on SUST journos

H K Jibon from IU: The Islamic University Journalists Association (IUJA) on Tuesday condemned the attack on the journalists of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology.

IUJA issued a statement signed by its President Mustafa Zubayer Alam and General Secretary Abdullah Al-Faruk.

In the statement, IUJA demanded immediate punishment of the attackers to the university authorities who have attacked on the journalists indiscriminately.

On April 8, a group of BCL activists of the university unit attacked SUST Press Club vice-president Syed Nabiul Alam and general secretary Sarder Abbas.
