Allama Mahmudul Hasan made BEFAQ acting president

Allama Mahmudul Hasan has been made acting president of Qawmi madrasa education board Befaqul Madarisil Arabia Bangladesh (BEFAQ).

The new appointment was made at the meeting of majlis-e-amela, held at BEFAQ central office in the capital on Saturday (October 3).

Sources said, Mahmudul Hasan will continue the post of acting president of BEFAQ till the next election.

He is currently working as Khotib of capital’s Gulshan Azad Mosque. He is also Muhtamim (director general) of Jatrabari Jamia Islamia Darul Uloom Madania.
