Housemaid files case against Pori Moni

A case has been filed against the Film actress Shamsunnahar Smriti, popularly known as Pori Moni on charge of torturing a housemaid.

The housemaid Pinky Akter filed the case with Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate court on Tuesday (April 22).

After accepting the case, magistrate Nazmin Akter ordered Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) to investigate the case.

The court ordered PIB to submit the investigation report on May 8.

Along with Pori Moni, a man named Sourav (28), who lives in the same flat, has also been named as an accused in the case.
