What says son about mother Farida Parveen’s physical condition

Renowned Lalon singer Farida Parveen is undergoing treatment at a hospital in the capital.

Suddenly, news of her death spread on social media. As a result, her fans and admirers became worried. 

On Tuesday (July 8) morning, the singer’s husband Gazi Abdul Hakim said that the news of her death is not true.

The iconic artiste has been suffering from various illnesses including liver, kidney and diabetes diseases for a long time. She was admitted to the hospital a few days ago with respiratory problems.

After initially being treated in the intensive care unit (ICU), she was transferred to a general cabin on July 6. However, she is being treated in the ICU again. 

On Tuesday (July 8), at 1:30 pm, her son Imam Zafar Nomani posted a post on his Facebook about his mother’s physical condition. 

He said, “I spoke to Amma in the ICU a little while ago, her condition is a little better than before. The doctor said, 'She is still quite weak and fragile.”

Imam Zafar Nomani said, “I request everyone, please do not spread any rumors and do not listen to rumors. I will continue to give all updates about Amma from my Facebook, InshaAllah.”

Her husband Gazi Abdul Hakim also sought doa from all for the recovery of Farida Parveen.
