Entertainment Correspondent: One year into the relationship, popular West Bengal actress Srabanti Chatterjee got engaged to her supermodel boyfriend Krishan Vraj.
The actress who recently worked with Bangladeshi superstar Shakib Khan in a Bangladesh-India joint production, Shikari, shared a photo of her engagement on micro blogging site Twitter on Monday.
"Royal journey begins . . ." she wrote while posted the photo on Twitter.
The couple will go on a tour to Europe. The actress said that their wedding and reception will be held in next year.
Famous Tollywood artists were present on the engagement ceremony. The actress has a son with her previous husband. Her son Abhimanyu was also present during the engagement ceremony.
Srabanti and Krishan Vraj met in Mumbai when they were shooting for a commercial; the chemistry was instant. Thereafter, the duo spent most of their days on phone, talking to each other.
Krishan is also a friend od Srabanti`s sister`s fiance, Sujoy. He loved Srabanti`s performance in Shudhu Tomari Jonnyo
