Singer Ferdous Wahid in ICU

Coronavirus infected singer Ferdous Wahid was taken to Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) on Friday.

He has been suffering from high fever for the last couple of days. Later, he provided sample to city’s Anwar Khan Modern Hospital for corona test and got negative report.

Personal assistant Mosharrad Azmi said, Ferdous Wahid was taken to CMH on Thursday after his condition worsened. But, his corona test report came negative in second time.

On August 20, Fakir Alamgir, friend of Ferdous Wahid, posted on Facebook that the pop icon is severely ill and undergoing treatment at the CMH.

The 67-year-old singer is suffering from heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetics.
