Legal notice served to Srijit, Mithila

A legal notice has been served to Indian filmmaker Srijit Mukherji and his wife actress Rafiath Rashid Mithila for violating court order on Covid-19.

Srijit and Mithila entered ‘the No Entry Zone’ of a puja mandap to pay tributes to Durga on the day of Maha Ashtami. But there was a Kolkota High Court restriction to enter the zone.

Lawyer Sabyasachi Chatterjee has sent the legal notice.

He has also sent another legal notice to Indian film actress Nusrat Jahan Ruhi and her husband Nikhil Jain for violating court order on Covid-19.  They also entered ‘the No Entry Zone’.

Mithila and Srijit tied the knot in front of their family members and close friends in Kolkata, India in last December.
