He studied in the Department of Economics, Dhaka University (DU) and started the practice of poetry in full swing in his university life. He has recited more than a hundred poems over Bangabandhu. The person whom I am talking about is Ahkam Ullah, a reciter from Manikganj. His melodious voice touches those who love poem most. Ahkam Ullah has edited the book titled ‘Shoto Abritite Bangabandhu’. This book is a collection of so many poems dedicated to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

This reciter will join the 67th episode of a live show titled ‘Tribeni’ at 10.00pm today, Wednesday (August 18). Ahkam Ullah is discharging duty as the general secretary of Bangladesh Poetry Recitation Coordination Council. He will recite poems on Bangabandhu, his family and the carnage of mournful August 15.
