ICC bans Arafat Sunny

Sports Desk: International Cricket Council (ICC) has temporarily banned Bangladesh off-spinner Arafat Sunny for his illegal bowling action.

 

Earlier, Arafat Sunny and the fast bowler Taskin Ahmed were reported for their suspect bowling actions during their side`s opening match in the ICC World Twenty20 India 2016 against the Netherlands in Dharamsala on March 9.

 

Bangladesh won the opening qualifying round match by 8 runs with Taskin bowling the final over in a close game.
