Iran’s ambassador meets Taliban’s information minister

Iran’s ambassador to Afghanistan met and conferred with the interim Taliban government’s caretaker of information and culture ministry.

Ambassador Bahador Aminian in his meeting with the Taliban official Mullah Kheirollah Kheirkhah exchanged viewpoints with him on broadening cultural ties, as well as training Afghan reporters in Iran.

The two sides, meanwhile, sought ways for broader tourism ties, as well as preservation of cultural and library heritage of Afghanistan in cooperation with Iran.

The Iranian government and nation have throughout that past 20 years always cooperated with the Afghan nation.
