8 brunt in Mohakhali petrol pump fire

At least eight people were burnt in a fire that broke out at Royal Petrol Pump in the capital’s Mohakhali on Wednesday night.

They have been admitted to Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery.

Inspector Bachchu Mia, in-charge of Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH), confirmed the news.

The burn injured are Mamun Sheikh, 28, Md. Rana, 30, Jibon, 26, Salauddin, 45, Amir Hossain, 32, Kamal Hossain, 50, Abul Khayer, 40, and Masum, 24.
