UN anti-corruption conference in Atlanta begins

The tenth session of the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption, started in Atlanta today (December 11).
A delegation from Bangladesh is going to participate in the 10th session of the Conference. Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) Commissioner (investigation) Asia Khatun is leading the team.
ACC secretary Md Mahbub Hossain and other officials already have reached in Atlanta. The conference is held under the supervision of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime.
The COSP will convene the 190 states parties to the UNCAC, as well as a variety of stakeholders from around the world including representatives from international organizations, civil society, young people, and the private sector.
