Marina makes Time`s list of 100 most influential people

Bangladesh’s Marina Tabassum has been included in the Time Magazine’s list of 100 most influential people of 2024.

This renowned architect of Bangladesh has been listed in the best innovator category.

Time magazine published the list on Tuesday. American architect Sarah M. Whiting wrote about Tabassum in the magazine.

According to the article, “Altruism isn’t typically a term attributed to award-winning architects—a profession where signature has become a common adjective—but Marina Tabassum isn’t typical. She has developed a practice and a way of being that prioritizes local cultures and values, as well as the perils faced by our shared planet.”
