Court orders to freeze BO accounts of Benazir, wife, daughters 

A Dhaka court has ordered to freeze BO accounts of former Inspector General of Police (IGP) Benazir Ahmed, his wife Zeeshan Mirza and two daughters Farhin Raisa Binte Benazir and Tahsin Raisa Binte Benazir.

The court has ordered the confiscation of flats in the capital and other properties belonging to them.

Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge Mohammad As-Shams Jaglul Hossain passed the order on Monday, following an appeal by the Anti-Corruption Commission.

The court has also ordered the freezing of shares in their names in various companies and savings certificates in Sonali Bank.
