Students bring out mass procession at the Science Lab intersection

Hundreds of students brought out a mass procession at the Science Lab intersection in the city after Jummah prayers on Friday.

Students gathered in front of Teachers Training College after Jummah prayers then marched toward the Science Lab intersection as part of the previously announced programme by the anti-discrimination student movement.

Students of Dhaka College, Eden Mohila College, Dhanmondi Ideal College, Dhaka City College and other institutions participated in the procession.

They were chanting slogans demanding justice for the deaths of the fellow students and those responsible for the deaths to be held accountable.

Additional police personnel are seen deployed in the area during that time.
