DU classes begin September 22

The Dhaka University (DU) authorities have decided to resume its academic activities and classes from September 22.

The decision came from a university’s syndicate meeting held on Friday at the lounge adjacent to Vice Chancellor's office, chaired by university VC Prof Dr Niaz Ahmed khan.

However, the classes for first year students under 2023-24 academic session will resume from September 30.

Academic activities were officially shut on July 17 amid the countrywide Anti Discrimination Student Movement.
