Malaysia-bound workers moving towards expatriate’s ministry

Workers who could not travel to Malaysia despite paying the required fees are marching towards the Ministry of Expatriates Welfare and Overseas Employment.
The protesters started to move towards the ministry from Karwan Bazar around 12:00 pm on Wednesday (January 22).
Earlier, a total of 150 workers staged sit-in program in front of SAARC fountain area blocking roads around 9:00 am.
Meanwhile, they claim they have yet to receive refunds from the recruiting agents. As a result, they have taken up positions in the Karwan Bazar area in the capital, demanding their money back along with other claims.
