No bomb found on Biman’s Dhaka-Rome flight

No bomb was found on the Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight from Rome, which earlier received a bomb threat from an unidentified caller early Wednesday (January 22).
Executive Director of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Group Captain Kamrul Islam said that all passengers’ baggage was checked. No explosives or anything was found.
Passengers' baggage will be delivered shortly. The media will be officially informed about the threat and search, he added.
Earlier this morning, the flight BG-356, carrying 250 passengers and 13 crew members received a bomb threat and landed at Dhaka airport safely.
