Water drained from building at Dhanmondi 32

The fire service department pumped out water from the ‘mysterious’ flooded basement of an under-construction building next to the house of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at Dhanmondi Road No. 32.

However, the fire service did not disclose anything officially regarding the issue yet.

Earlier, three units of the fire service from Mohammadpur station started the tasks this morning and left the area around 1:00 pm after completing the drainage work.

Khaleda Yeasmin, duty officer of fire service control room said we were informed to drain out the water from the basement of the building.
