11 AL leaders, activists held from Gulistan

Detective Branch (DB) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) arrested 11 individuals from a flash procession staged by leaders and activists of banned Awami League in the capital's Gulistan area.

DMP media wing issued a press notification in this regard on Sunday afternoon (May 18).

They were arrested for holding a rally in support of the Awami League despite the ban.
