Actor Nusraat Faria has been freed from Kashimpur Central Jail in Gazipur.
The actor got out from the jail at around 3:28pm on Tuesday (May 20).
Senior Super of Kashimpur Women Central Jail Kawalin Nahar confirmed the matter.
Earlier, a Dhaka court granted bail to actor Nusraat Faria in an attempted murder case filed with Vatara Police Station in connection with the July uprising.
Dhaka Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Mohammad Mostafizur Rahman passed the order on Tuesday (May 20) after hearing her bail petition.
Earlier on May 19, Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Nasrin Akter sent the actress to jail after rejecting her bail petition.
Prior to this, the investigating officer of the case, Sub-Inspector Md Billal Bhuiyan of Vatara police station, submitted a plea for her detention.
On Sunday (May 18), Nusraat Faria was detained by police at the airport while on her way to Thailand. She was subsequently shown as arrested in the case.
According to the case details, on July 19 last year, Enamul Haque took part in the July movement in an area under Vatara police station.
On that day, he was shot in the leg. He was later admitted to the hospital in an unconscious state. After recovering, he filed the case on May 3 this year.
The case names 283 individuals as accused, including former prime minister Sheikh Hasina and 17 artists.
Nusraat Faria has been listed as the 207th accused. The case identifies her as a financial supporter of the Awami League.
Nusraat Faria made her film debut in 2015 and has since appeared in several Bangladeshi and Indian productions.
