Justice Khandaker Diliruzzaman removed from HC

High Court division justice Khandaker Diliruzzaman has been removed from his post.

The president removed the Justice from his position in the High Court Division of the Supreme Court, as per a notification issued by the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs on Thursday (May 22).

The order, signed by Law and Justice Division Secretary Sheikh Abu Taher, said the removal was made under Clause (6) of Article 96 of the Constitution of Bangladesh.

The decision took effect on Wednesday, following recommendations from the Supreme Judicial Council.
