BRTC starts ‘Eid Special Service’

The Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation (BRTC) has launched its ‘Eid Special Service’ from today (June 3) to ensure a smooth and comfortable journey for homebound passengers ahead of the upcoming holy Eid-ul-Azha.
The Eid Special Service buses will operate until June 14.
During this year’s Eid journey, around 650 buses will operate outside the regular bus routes under the Eid special service.
On May 24, advance ticket sales began at BRTC’s designated depots.
Key BRTC designated depots include Motijheel, Joar Sahara, Kallyanpur, Gabtoli, Mohammadpur, Mirpur, Jatrabari, Gazipur, Narayanganj (Chasara), Gazipur, Narsingdi, Cumilla, Sylhet, Barishal, Khulna, Chattogram, Mymensingh, Rangpur, Dinajpur, Bogura, Sonapur, Pabna and Tungipara.
