Animal sacrifice continues on 2nd day of Eid

The sacrifice of animals is continuing on the second day of Eid-ul-Azha in city on Sunday (June 8).

Visiting different city areas, including South Banasree, Khilgaon Rampura and Basabo areas, it was seen that many people were slaughtering animals and processing their meat.

According to Islamic rules, the sacrificial animals can be slaughtered any day of the first three days of Eid-ul-Azha.

However, the number of sacrificing animals is remarkably lower than the first day of the eid festival.
