ACC summons Ahmed Akbar, Tarique Siddique, his wife 

The Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) has summoned Chairman of Basundhara Group Ahmed Akbar Sobhan and former defence and security adviser Tarique Ahmed Siddique and his wife Shaheen Siddique.

Tarique Ahmed Siddique, a retired major general of Bangladesh Army, was the defence and security adviser to the former prime minister Sheikh Hasina for long.

Deputy Director (DD) of the Public Relations Department of the ACC Md Akterul Islam said this on Monday.

They have been asked to appear before the head office of the ACC to give their statements regarding the allegations of corruptions.
