Nahid calls for lifting blockade  

National Citizens Party (NCP) convener Nahid Islam has called for lifting the ‘blockade’ program called by the Students Against Discrimination. 

The party’s chief organizer (northern region) Sarjis Alam made this call in a post on social media Facebook at around 5:30 pm on Wednesday (July 16). 

In the post, he wrote, “Lift the blockade. Stay on one side of the highway. The fight will continue”.

Earlier, the association announced a blockade program at important points across the country to protest the attack on the NCP rally in Gopalganj.
