Staff Correspondent, DHAKA, Jan 22: BNP Joint Secretary General Mahbub Uddin Khokon and former Narshingdi MP Sardar Shakhawat Hossain Bokul were released from Kashimpur Jail on Wednesday morning.
Local BNP leaders and activists welcomed them at the jail gate.
The High Court on Monday granted six-month ad interim bail to Barrister Mahbub Uddin Khokon in three separate cases.
Sardar Shakhawat Hossain Bokul also got a bail in a vandalism case filed with capital’s Bhatara Police Station.
