Death body of another accused identified

District Correspondent, NILPHAMARI, Mar 5:  The death body of another accused in the case filed for attacking the convoy of Awami League lawmaker Asaduzzaman Noor has been identified.

Seeing the photographs, family members identified the dead body of Mohidul Islam, a Shibir leader of Rajshahi University and member of Nilphamari district Shibir unit.

 

He was ninth accused in the case filed for attacking the convoy of Asaduzzaman Noor.

Bogra police recovered an unidentified dead body from Mokamtala area of Bogra district on February 1 and sent it to Anjuman Mufidul Islam to bury as unclaimed dead body.

On Tuesday, family members indentified the photographs sent by Bogra police to Nilphamari police.

Mohidul Islam was a masters student of the Language Department of Rajshahi University and son of Anwar Hossain at Tupamai union under Nilphamari Sadar upazila.

Mohidul went missing after the attack on Noor’s convoy on December 14 last year that killed four Awami League men.
