Pran-RFL founder Major General (retd) Amjad Khan Chowdhury

Staff Correspondent: Founder and Chief Executive officer (CEO) of Pran-RFL Group, Major General (retd) Amjad Khan Chowdhury, died on Wednesday.

Founder of RFL group, one of the leading Bangladeshi food-products corporations, based in Dhaka, died at Duke Medical Hospital in North Carolina of USA around 7.15pm on the day. He was 76.

Amjad Khan Chowdhury`s youngest son, Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, deputy managing director of Pran-RFL, has confirmed his father`s death to media.

Ahsan Khan Chowdhury also sought prayers for his father from the countrymen.
