Dipu Moni hospitalized

Staff Correspondent: Awami League joint general secretary and former Foreign Minister Dr. Dipu Moni has been admitted to Bangladesh Medical Hospital in city on Monday afternoon.

Dipu Moni has been suffering from cold and fever at her Chandpur residence. As her condition was deteriorating she was taken to the ICU of Bangladesh Medical Hospital.

Later, she was taken to general ward as her condition improved on Tuesday morning.  

Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) vice-president of central committee Riaz Uddin Riaz confirmed the matter.

Dr. Dipu Moni is suffering from high blood pressure and other diseases.
