Ashiyan City project legal: HC

Staff Correspondent: The High Court (HC) has declared Ashiyan City housing project at the capital`s Dakshinkhan area as legal.
A three-member HC bench led by Justice Syed A B Mahmudul Haque passed the order scrapping earlier verdict after review hearing in the case on Tuesday.
The other members of the bench are Justice Naima Haider and Justice Kazi Reza-Ul Haque.
Earlier on January 16, 2014 HC declared the project illegal. later, the project managing director filed review petitions against the verdict.
