Three bodies recovered in Shariatpur

Shariatpur Correspondent: Police recovered three bodies, including a woman and two workers, from Sadar upazila of Shariatpur on Saturday.

The deceased were identified as Hafizul Sarkar, 30, Mahbubur Rahman, 35 and house wife Nargis, wife of Monir Hossain Dewan.

Confirming the matter, Gosairhat police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) ABM Mehedi Masud said that the two workers went missing after a trawler capsized in Gosairhat. Later, the locals found the floating bodies and informed police station.

Besides, Palang Model Police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Khalilur Rahman said that on information, police recovered a hung body of a woman and sent it to Shariatpur Sadar Hospital for autopsy.
