30 students gripped by hysteria in Jessore

Staff Correspondent: Some female students of Ad-din Sakina Medical College Hospital Nursing Institute fell sick due to mass hysteria in Jessore.
Sources said that the students fell sick on Saturday night becoming panicked. At one stage, other students also became panicked. Later, five students were admitted to the hospital and shut the nursing institute till March 10.
The authority said that two students of the institute fell sick due to psychological illness but they are out of danger now.
Following the matter, the hospital Principal Dr. Khan Shakil Ahmed told media that there are 190 female students and two students had psychological problem.
The educational institution is declared shut and will open on March 11.
