400 sports personalities to get reception at Ganabhaban

Sports Desk: Prime minister Sheikh Hasina will accord a reception to the 400 sports personalities, who brought success at international level in last six months.

The reception programme will be taken place at Prime minister Sheikh Hasina official residence Ganabhaban on April 16. 

National Sports Council (NSC) confirmed the matter to risingbd.com.

The sports personalities, including swimmers, weightlifter, shooter, National Hockey Team, officials from different sporting disciplines will be invited. 

National Sports Council secretary Ashoke Kumer Biswash said that the Prime Minister wished to meet the sports personalities for their recent success. 

The premier will also hand over the keys of apartments to three 2016 South Asian Games gold medalists.
