Staff Correspondent: The High Court will hear on July 2 the writ petition filed by BNP senior leader Barrister Moudud Ahmed challenging the legality of his eviction from the house.
A bench of Justice Syed Mohammad Dastagir Hossain and Justice Ataur Rahman Khan fixed the date on Thursday noon.
Earlier in the morning, Moudud Ahmed himself filed the petition with the concerned department.
