Secretariat Correspondent: Biman Bangladesh Airlines authority has cancelled the hajj flight scheduled for Wednesday morning due to visa complexity of hajj pilgrims.
Shakil Meraj, a general manager (public relations) of Biman Bangladesh Airlines, confirmed the matter on Tuesday night.
Earlier, Biman Bangladesh Airlines authority cancelled 15 hajj flights.
Some 1, 27,198 pilgrims from Bangladesh are set to perform this year's Hajj. Biman Bangladesh Airlines will carry 63,599, the half of the total Hajj pilgrims, and rest of the half will be carried by Saudi Airlines, the national carrier of Saudi Arabia.
