Youth electrocuted in city

Staff Correspondent: A youth died after being electrocuted at a shop in Old Dhaka's Alubazar area on Monday.
The deceased was identified as Mobarak Hossain, 21, son of Shah Alam.
Sources said that the victim was heading towards his work station in the area this morning. Meanwhile, he was electrocuted when he touched a live electric pole around 10:00am.
Later, he was taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) where duty doctor declared him dead around 12:30pm.
Sub-Inspector Bachchu Miah, in-charge of the hospital police outpost confirmed the matter.
