‘World’s oldest woman’ found in Bangladesh

COX’S BAZAR, Aug 3: At 117 years old Amir Khatun, who lives at Mulvipara village under Ukhia in Cox’s Bazar, could be the world`s oldest woman.
According to sources, Amir Khatun was born on January 2 in 1897, and now she is a mother of three sons and one daughter.
When she was 12 years old, she married to Motiur Rahman who died during the Second World War.
The oldest woman recorded in history was a woman of Pakistan who died July 19 in 2013 aged 115.
