PM urges all to protect dignity of Mother Language

Desk Report: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina urged all to work together to protect the dignity of Mother Language.

“We all have to work together to protect the dignity of Mother Language,” Hasina said while speaking as the chief guest at the inaugural ceremony of Amar Ekushey Book Fair at the Bangla Academy premises in the capital on Thursday afternoon.

The Prime Minister hoped that Bangla language and culture will spread across the globe.

After her speech, the Premier inaugurated the book fair and visited different stalls set at the fair area.

DU Emeritus Prof Dr Anisuzzaman, Bangla Academy Director General Shamsuzzaman Khan and others were present during this time.
