Justice Abdul Wahhab Miah resigns

Staff Correspondent: Justice Md Abdul Wahhab Miah, who was performing functions of the chief justice for the last four months, has resigned.

The resignation letter was sent to the president’s office on Friday evening, hours after the appointment of new Chief Justice Mahmud Hossain, according to reliable sources of the Supreme Court (SC).
