Staff Correspondent: The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court (SC) has summoned a joint district judge in Narayanganj to explain the reason behind failure to dispose of a case filed in 2016.
A four-member Appellate Division bench headed by Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain passed the order on Wednesday.
