DU VC expresses solidarity with quota protesters

Staff Correspondent: Vice Chancellor of Dhaka University (DU) Prof. Md. Akhtaruzzaman has expressed his solidarity with the students who are demonstrating for reformation of the existing quota system in the government jobs.

The Vice Chancellor expressed his solidarity at a press briefing on Wednesday.

He said, “We have called upon the government to meet the demand of the students”.
Earlier on Tuesday, Dhaka University Teachers' Association (DUTA) expressed their solidarity to the logical demand of the students for reforming quota system.
