Mymensingh hawkers’ market fire brought under control

Staff Correspondent, Mymensingh: A fire broke out at the hawkers’ market at Ganginapar in the district town has been doused.
According to sources, the fire broke out around 6.45am from a shop of the market and spread soon.
On information, 10 firefighting units rushed to the spot and brought the blaze under control around 10.30am.
At least 138 markets were gutted in the fire and the loss may be Tk 50 crore.
